Oh! โ do you remember last Labor Day? Not sure if I shared this on the blog last year, but during the annual Novato Labor Day parade, while Rosie was officiating and leading the Novato NASA chapterโs float to introduce cats and kittens to the space program and promote the value of STEM, there was a HUGE robbery.
The Dread Pirate Picklebeak, the most wicked woodpecker in all of Novato, robbed the Marin County Cat Credit Union. ๐ฎ
It happened right under everyoneโs noses while they were enjoying the parade.
Yup, it was a big scandal. The crooks made off with a million dollars in diamonds and forty pounds of kibble!
And they never caught Picklebeak either.
I sure hope nothing crazy happens like that again this year. Labor Day is one of Rosieโs favorite holidays, and she just wants to celebrate hard work and unwind with friends and family for a day. ๐
